Once The Digital Vehicle Inspection is Complete:
Once the technician has completed the digital vehicle inspection our service advisor will then compile the digital report, email or text your detailed vehicle inspection results straight to your phone or computer, then will follow up with a phone call to review the report.
After getting approval from the customer, our technicians use tablets to track the progress of repairs. They are informed of what work needs to be done and what parts are required. As each task is completed, it is marked off, and the service advisor is notified. This ensures that we stay on track to complete the car within the promised time, and we inform the customer if we need to extend that time.
