Brad and Junior are the best! Awesome customer service! Brad is so friendly and pleasant to talk to, and he has great communication skills. He explained everything that my car needed in detail and kept in contact through the entire process. Junior was so helpful in getting my lease agreement set up. He was very patient and determined to get everything done correctly. A very trustworthy auto shop! They have a forever customer!

Well we thought we could fix this problem ourself, husband pulled out the thing that reads codes, he fixed the problem for a day, he tries again, then said to me, just take the car to Taylor's, they know what they are doing. They fixed the problem asap and looked everything over and l'm on the road again, thank you Taylor's for the great service, kind words, and great people to do the job right.

I tell you what? Taylor Automotive is the BEAST of Cust Serv. Honesty, Integrity! Words can't express how Thankful I am. My vehicle required a special tool and they advised I take to a dealership and didn't charge me a single penny. Cheers guys, I will continue my Business with Taylor Automotive.

Just loved working with Junior & Taylor. Check out my truck completely. Actually had truck ready a bit early which really was perfect having 3 little girls in 3 different schools. Recommend them highly & will see them again for sure. Always been a Blessed experience.

Great experience and incredible staffing. I was always worried about mechanic shops since I don't know much about it, but I'm happy I found Taylor Automotive. This automotive shop was recommended by a friend, and thankfully, I gave it a try because they were the best. Brad and Junior are the best customer service team. Brad was awesome, he will treat you with respect, patience, and a super understanding with everything. He was also very thorough with every detail from what my car needed asap to what needed to be fixed in the future. He was ready to answer every question, call, and any other doubts that I had(trust me, I had a lot of them.) Wade & Brad also showed me & explained the exact parts that had to be exchanged and the reason. They will provide with what you need and even loan you a car if you need it.I truly recommended it.
